Frequently Asked Questions

I cannot sign in.

The LendHER Collective uses magic link sign in. There are no passwords. To sign in:

  1. Go to member.lendhercollective.com
  2. Enter the email address you used to join
  3. Open the email from The LendHER Collective and tap the sign in link

If you do not see the email within a minute, check your spam, promotions, and updates folders. The email comes from a verified The LendHER Collective sender.

If the link does not work, request a new one. Magic links expire after a short window for security.

If you still cannot sign in, email support@amilly.tech with the email address on your account and we will help.

How do I update my profile, specialty, or photo?

In the app, tap your avatar in the top right to open your profile drawer. Inside the drawer you can update your name, photo, bio, specialty, market, and other profile details. Changes save immediately.

How do I change my notification settings?

Open your profile drawer (tap your avatar in the top right) and find What we email you. You can adjust which notifications you receive there. Transactional emails like sign in links and Power Hour reminders are required for the service to work and cannot be turned off.

When are Power Hours?

Power Hours run every other Wednesday at the time announced inside the Collective. The next scheduled event is always pinned to your home screen, and the full schedule is available under Resources, then Live Events.

If you cannot attend live, replays of every Power Hour are stored in the Resources tab.

How do I RSVP for a Power Hour?

From the home screen or from the Live Events page, tap the upcoming Power Hour, then tap RSVP. We send you a reminder before the event with the join link.

How do I message another member?

Open the Directory tab to see every member of the Collective. Tap a member to view her profile, then tap Message to start a conversation. Your existing conversations live in the Messages tab.

How do I report a member, message, or behavior that violates community guidelines?

The LendHER Collective is a private community with high standards. To report:

For a specific message: press and hold the message and select Report.

For a member's behavior in general: email support@amilly.tech with the member's name and a description of what happened. The founder reviews every report personally.

We take reports seriously. Members who violate community guidelines lose access to the Collective.

How do I submit a specialty suggestion?

If there is a mortgage specialty that is missing from the directory, suggest it. From your profile, tap Suggest a specialty and enter the term. Specialty suggestions are reviewed by the founder and added if approved.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

Membership is managed through your subscription portal. From your profile drawer, tap Manage Membership. The portal opens in your browser and lets you update payment, pause, or cancel.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Email privacy@amilly.tech with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We will verify your identity (by confirming you control the email address on the account) and then delete your account and your associated data within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Messages you sent to other members may remain in their inbox. To request removal of those messages, mention it in your deletion email.

The app is acting weird. What should I do?

First, fully close the app and reopen it. On iPhone, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the The LendHER Collective app away. Then reopen.

If that does not fix it, sign out (profile drawer, Sign Out at the bottom), close the app, reopen, and sign in again.

If the issue persists, email support@amilly.tech with:

  • A description of what is happening
  • A screenshot if you can
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version

We will get to it within 48 hours.

I am locked out and cannot reach the app at all.

Is the community only available as an iOS app?

No. The LendHER Collective works in any modern web browser at member.lendhercollective.com. The iOS app is a more polished native experience, but the web version is fully functional.

Where can I find the Privacy Policy?

At member.lendhercollective.com/privacy. Linked at the bottom of every page in the app and on this Member Concierge page.

Where can I find the Terms of Service?
